Participant Requirements (you must meet ALL conditions) :

  • Be 12 years old and up
  • Weigh at least 90 lbs / 41 kg
  • Weigh no more than 240 lbs / 108 kg
  • Be at least 1.50 m (4 ft 11 in) tall with arms fully extended (from heels to fingertips)
  • Have a waist circumference under 46 in / 1.17 m
  • Juniors aged 12 to 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult (one adult may supervise a maximum of three juniors)
  • Participants aged 17 may complete the course on their own but must provide a parental authorization form if not accompanied by an adult
  • Must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • Good physical health
  • Participants who may exceed the weight limit will be weighed at the reception and may be refused access if necessary
  • For safety reasons, NO participant under 90 lbs / 41 kg or over 240 lbs / 108 kg will be allowed

What to bring

  • Approximate duration: 2.5 hours, including preparation and training time
  • Closed-toe shoes (no sandals) and athletic clothing
  • A water bottle
  • Wearing jewelry or sunglasses is not recommended
  • Long hair must be tied back
  • It takes about 10 minutes on foot to reach the activity site from the reception
  • If you are not staying on-site, please arrive at the park reception 30 minutes before the departure time
  • If you are already staying on-site, please arrive at the activity reception 10 minutes before departure
