Take highway 40 east to Quebec. Once in Quebec, take route 175 north (towards Saguenay) and cross the Laurentides wildlife reserve to Chicoutimi. Cross the Dubuc bridge to reach the north sector and follow the indications to take route 172 east, towards Tadoussac (boul. Tadoussac). Take Chemin de la Pointe-aux-Pins on your right until its very end. You arrive at the Park.
Here are the main roads that allow you to access the region by car Route 175 through the Laurentides Wildlife Reserve if you are coming from Quebec: Route 155 if you are coming from Trois-Rivières, Route 138 if you are coming from the Charlevoix region, route 167 via the Ashuapmushuan wildlife reserve if you are coming from Chibougamau, route 172 if you are coming from the North Shore.
BY BUS
A passenger bus route serves the area. Visit the Intercar website for the routes available. You will also find the list of Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean terminuses there.
BY AIRPLAINE
In the region, the Saguenay-Bagotville airport connects the region to various regular and seasonal destinations in Canada and internationally by direct flight.
Parc Aventures Cap Jaseux is one of the few parks where animals on a leash are allowed. They are allowed on the hiking trails, at the beach, on the campsite and in the log cabins. Warning! They are not allowed inside domes, hanging spheres and tree houses.
